Privacy Policy
We collect the minimum data needed to sell and deliver digital products. This policy explains what, why, and the rights you have.
1. Data controller
PromptForge GmbH, Hamburg, Germany — reachable at hello@promptforge.io. We process personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. What we collect
Orders: email address, purchased items, currency and amount — needed to deliver your purchase and for tax records (legal basis: contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Contact form: name, email and message content — used solely to answer you (Art. 6(1)(b)/(f)).
Localisation: your country, derived from your IP address at the network edge, used to show local currency and language. The IP itself is not stored.
3. What we never do
We do not sell your data, run third-party advertising trackers, or build advertising profiles. No data broker has ever received a byte from us.
4. Retention
Order records are kept for the statutory retention period (10 years under German tax law). Contact messages are deleted 24 months after the conversation closes. Cached translations contain no personal data.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing at any time by emailing hello@promptforge.io. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
6. Processors
We use a small set of EU-compliant processors for hosting, email delivery and payment processing, each bound by data-processing agreements. A current list is available on request.
