Terms of Service

Prompt packs are digital products delivered instantly by email. A one-time purchase grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use the prompts. PromptForge Pro is a monthly subscription granting access to the full library while subscribed.

You may use purchased prompts in personal and commercial work, including client deliverables and internal company tools. You may not resell, redistribute, republish or share the prompt packs themselves, in whole or in part, including in competing products, courses or prompt libraries.

Delivery is tied to the email address you provide at checkout. You are responsible for providing a valid address and for keeping your download links confidential.

You may not use our prompts to produce content that is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, or that violates the terms of the underlying AI model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Midjourney).

Pro renews monthly until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Library access ends when the subscription lapses; packs previously purchased individually remain yours.

Prompt packs are tools, not guarantees. We are not liable for outputs generated by AI models, decisions made on their basis, or indirect damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding a claim. Nothing limits liability where mandatory law applies.

We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email to active customers at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by German law. The exclusive venue is Hamburg, Germany, except where mandatory consumer-protection rules provide otherwise.
