Refund Policy

If a pack doesn't save you time or improve your output, email hello@promptforge.io within 30 days of purchase. We refund the full amount within 3 business days — no forms, no exit interview, no hard feelings.

Cancel anytime to stop future renewals. If you cancel within the first 30 days of your first subscription, we refund the first payment in full. Later partial-month refunds are at our discretion; we err on your side.

Your licence to the refunded pack ends and download links are deactivated. Refunds return to the original payment method in the original currency.

For digital content delivered immediately, EU consumers normally waive the 14-day withdrawal right upon delivery. Our 30-day guarantee goes beyond this statutory minimum and applies regardless. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.

We reserve the right to decline refunds in clear cases of abuse — for example repeated buy-and-refund cycles by the same customer. This has happened twice in our history.
